I attended the Milton store to buy a Dreem2. They gave it to me in a bag. I get home and it's clearly second hand. Contacted Resmed online and they couldn't have been less interested. I'm returning the item tomorrow. Absolutely disgusting service so far. I'll update this IF they can redeem themselves. *** They replaced the device with an actual new one no problem so I'm happy enough. Pity I had to go to the store twice but things happen.

Their service has been spot on through covid and everything else. Harry is always available and the easiest/most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with. Brock has always gone the extra mile to make sure implant cases run smoothly. Oleg managed to fix my milling unit remotely from Melbourne using our local dental technicians after sensor’s failed. I practice rural Australia. And their service and aftercare service has been phenomenal.

From our original purchase Kara has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. My father's walker had a minor recurring fault which she happily first had repaired and then ensured a full new replacement from the manufacturer was received. A temporary walker was given to my father while his was changed over. When we picked up the new one, it was ready to go, complete with the handles already adjusted to the correct height.
