Adelaide Pool Patrol completed a full pool renovation for me comprising of tiling including mosaic, filtration system including heater and illuminated laminar jets installation Throughout the contract Adelaide Pool Patrol were responsive, courteous, hardworking and they delivered the work to a extremely high standard. It was great to see hardworking tradesman taking real pride in the work they were undertaking. Harry was an absolute pleasure to work with. Would have no hesitation recommending this company to anybody.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had our pool water tested by them, purchased the chemicals needed to balance the water and now the pool is crystal clear. Highly recommended!

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Taken our spa pump for over 2 weeks and no response tired calling on numerous occasions to get nothing but a standard we will look into it and call you back. Then told us technician is booked in and to stay home again on two occasions and failed to show up or return our calls. Will never use or recommend Pool Patrol to anybody

We have used Adelaide Pool Patrol for a couple of years now, our pool is so much cleaner and brighter after they visit and we know we have made the right call for the health of our family using the pool. The customer service is great, give us reminders on services and are only a phone call away when we need any advice on the pool. We couldn't recommend Adelaide Pool Patrol enough!

These guys just completed a full renovation of my 50 year old, 70,000 ltr pool, including full tiling and new equipment. The quality of the tiling was exceptional. Tyson, Nick and Darcy did an incredible job. True artisans. Taylor’s customer service made up for early issues with variations. Lovely people and a beautiful job.

Very unhappy experience, thought I would use some one local, called them up to see if I could get a quote on getting my pool tiles repaired ..Firstly they didn’t want to come out and quote , just said send some pics, but i insisted that I needed some one to have a quick look so I can get a couple of different ideas, they agreed that they would come out but said can you send some pics so I did ., So far it’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard back, I have called twice now to ask why hasn’t some one called me to at least lock in a date and time to pop in and both times I called I was assured that some one call me with in a day ,but still nothing I am guessing their making so much money they don’t need mine .

I had them booked in for a quote for repairs to the steps on my pool i phoned the day before they were due. to confirm that all was good as i needed to take the day off to be on site. After waiting all day for them to arrive i finally phoned. They tried to tell me that they have no booking for that day and i need to book another day .Meaning another day off.they also said that they had the wrong phone number and couldn't phone. Again not true as they had all my details from a previous job.I would not recommend this company

Had our pool tiled as the rendering was very badly pitted. Tyson and Nick did a great, very professional job. Pool looks great now. Also Harry was very helpful with quotes and during handover.
