I used Fast Connect when I was moving house in April. No problems at all with moving my electricity and gas to my new place, and they helped out heaps with setting me up with a new internet connection through Telstra in a helpful and non-pushy manner, taking the time to find the best plan for me. Definitely recommend :)

Fast Connect handled our Electricity/Gas & Telstra move and were just so efficient ~ what a GREAT Company to deal with. Their staff are so welcoming, efficient and had no problems changing our date once we were told we could access our new property earlier than arranged. The staff have great Customer Service, followed up with emails not only from them, but from the Electricity/Gas & telephone companies we were dealing with. It was such a pleasure and would highly recommend Fast Connect to anyone who is moving - it was all made so easy ! A great Company !

1) I'm pretty sure they have given/sold my contact details to many other electricity providers so be ready to be spammed.2) Would have been so much faster to sign up for an electricity provider online instead of spending more 45min on the line with them listening to all their non-sense.

Within 10 minutes of first contact I was signed up for gas connection and supply with a confirmed connection date being only three working days away. Phone contact person was very polite, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.

When you apply the rental property, they contact you before you have signed the lease. When you try to opt out by kindly asking them to take you off the calling list, they have a wonderful attitude and wish you a sarcastic “good luck”.
