Warwick Bushland
Pretty good accommodation, been living here for around six years and my stay is just delightful. It is very fun creating bush houses and bush holes in where I can keep individuals who can hang out with me

Galston Gorge
Quite a refreshing retreat to venture in, with multiple paths including the GNW and sightings to see via bridges and hikes. A wonderful experience for hiking and bush walking

Karawatha Forest Discovery Centre
A nice walk through open bushland. I got there just before the discovery centre closed so I didn't go in. I did however speak to the 2 ladies at the counter who were very helpful and pointed me in the direction of the walking trails and supplied a map. I walk fairly briskly and completed the rocks and ironbark circuits in just under 40 mins. The ironbark circuit is fully sealed and wheelchair accessible. The rocks circuit is crushed gravel with some wooden steps. The landscape is open, nice to walk around on a warm afternoon with a cool breeze.

Galston Gorge
Nice little area where couple of bush trails meet. There are few trails starts/ ends here. Hornsby to Galston (about 7km), Fish pond to Galston (about 8km) and Berowra to Gladston (about 13.5km) walking trails. If you are keen on long walk then Hornsby to Berowra will give roughly 21km walk.If your doing only Hornsby to Galston, then finishing in Galston hours gives less uphill walk (walk on opposite side has move uphill climb). No drinking water filling around here. So bring enough drinking water or water purification tablets.

Galston Gorge
Took my mum on a bushwalk between Horsnby and Galston Gorge. The walk is mostly flat with a few sections of steep, Blue Mountains-like climbing out of valleys. The majority of the walk is on fire trails so is beginner-friendly.We saw an echidna and plenty of birds along the way!

Iluka Beach
Iluka beach is next level take-your-breath-away beautiful. You enter through @seebooderee national park. It’s lush, fertile and green, so when you get your first diamond-shaped glimpse of aquamarine sea it’s like a mirage. A quick walk through the trees to the powdery white sand and your feet are almost in the waters of Jervis Bay. Unlike the more famous neighbour, Hyams Beach, Iluka is sparsely populated with people and without any millionaire mansions in sight. If you can ignore a little camping infrastructure up the way at Green Patch and the naval warships looming in the bay, it’s pretty much as nature intended it to be. We even saw dolphins cruising for snacks along the drop-off. This one is a beauty.
